Little Boxers Classes

Designed for Participants 4 to 12 years of age with beginner to intermediate level skills. Little Boxer members have two 45-minute classes per week.

This class teaches basic boxing skills and techniques. Class includes cardio calisthenics, shadow boxing, bag work and basic self-defense. Participants will work with the bags and learn stance, guard, movement, the jab, cross, hook combination and more.
